Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For custom-made, pre-order, or made-to-order items, additional processing time of 5–7 business days may be required. Estimated Delivery Timelines
After dispatch, delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier partner. While these are only estimates and not guaranteed, typical delivery times are:
Metro cities & nearby northern states: 3–5 business days
Other states & Tier-2 cities: 4–7 business days
Southern, north-eastern, rural, or hilly regions: 6–10 business days
Please note: Orders may therefore take 6–14 business days in total from the date of order placement to delivery, depending on location and courier service efficiency.
Shipping Charges

Damages, Defects, or Lost Packages
