Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and parcel details. While we aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, delivery schedules may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather disruptions, or public holidays. Once a product has been dispatched, ownership and the risk of loss transfer to you.

Klasetu operates with a strict no return and no exchange policy, except in cases where the item you receive is defective or damaged. If you receive such an item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs and an unboxing video to substantiate your claim. Upon verification, we will either replace the product at no extra cost or, if a replacement is not possible, issue a refund. Products returned without prior approval or outside the stipulated time will not be accepted.
